Can user see all the previous SOAP notes for a patient while add/edit a SOAP note?

Navigate: Patients -> Manage patient SOAP note

Add any Soap Note user can view all other previous notes list for a patient under Existing note drop down.

Brief Explanation: - User can View and Read data of all the already existing notes for a Patient.  The previous notes selected by user will be opened under a New TAB which cannot be editable even if it is an uncompleted note. User can only read and copy data from existing note to the new note. The existing note drop down will display all previous notes of the selected patient. The drop down will also be displayed for custom note templates.
