Add a SOAP note for patient through

Patient >> Manage patient SOAP notes >> Initial Examination

View the patient transactions added through SOAP notes.

If any transaction entry is incorrect than user can delete that transactions, through Patient Transaction page.

To Add new Transaction user can add through Charge Entry and Charge Code
