Is there an option to mark Custom notes as Initial Examination note.

While creating Custom notes there is option checkbox given for marking the note as Initial Examination note.

Navigate -> Settings -> Manage templates -> SOAP templates 

Add a SOAP template

On check Is Initial evaluation this note will be considered as initial examination note.
