Can we save appointments beyond authorization dates defined for a patient?

Yes, patient appointment can be added even if the appointment date does not belong to REF specified dates under Billing Form Information for a Patient. 

Define REF date range for a patient through Billing Information.

Add an Appointment for the patient outside the date range defined.

 

Will ask for confirmation saying Date range is beyond authorization, Still want to continue?

On click OK Appointment will be created.
