Yes, there is a report for Email/fax logs.

Navigate: File -> Information Files -> Email/Fax log

Brief explanation: This report will help users to view their email and fax logs sent out for Reports, Soap notes, General notes and Patient documents.  One year date range can be given maximum. Date range is mandatory. Filters can be applied by users.
