Allow user to update balance and accordingly update post amount.

Navigate: Transaction -> Credit Transaction -> Insurance Write Off/Patient Write Off/Facility Adjustment

Select Posting type as Line item

Brief Explanation: The Balance column is now editable for Insurance Write Off/Patient Write Off/Facility Adjustment when posting type is Line Item. Post amount will be calculated as Previous Balance amount - New Balance amount, which will be considered for Amount for Insurance Write off. If Balance amount is less than zero or negative it will not be editable. The new balance amount entered must be less than the already present balance, alert message will be displayed as shown in the screenshot.
