How to set default value for POC Approval while doing SOAP Notes?

We have added a new field in the Add/Edit Account type pages named as "Default value for POC"

If the Default value for POC checkbox is checked then the patient associated with the same Account number will see the POC Approval checkbox in the Initial Examination as checked:

If the Default value for POC checkbox is unchecked then the patient associated with the same Account number will see the POC Approval checkbox in the Initial Examination as unchecked:

Note: This feature is applicable for Initial Examination Note as well as all those Custom notes which are marked as Initial Evaluation from the Manage Template.

To verify the Patient's Account type, go to Patient Information section on the right panel:
