Do Custom Objectives values get carried forward in the Re-Examination SOAP Note?

Yes. Custom Objectives from last completed Initial or Re-Examination SOAP note do get carried forward to a new Re-Examination SOAP Note. Below are a few steps to guide users for the same.

Navigate to Patient > Manage Patient > SOAP Notes

Now Add a new Initial or Re-Examination SOAP Note and Finalize it:

Once the SOAP is completed then Add another Re-examination SOAP Note and in this SOAP note, the values added in the Objective tab will be auto-filled the same as in the previously completed SAOP Note.

Note: The values carried forward will be from previously completed Initial Examination or Re-Examination SOAP note only.
