How can I have discharge note not show in scheduling vs transaction report?

In the Discharge SOAP Note, we have implemented a "Is Visit" check box. 

If the check box is checked, then it gets displayed in the Transaction vs notes report:

If the check box is unchecked, then it doe not get displayed in the Transaction vs notes report:
