Customize Notice of Patient Information Practices

Navigate to Setting >> Manage templates.

Click Email Templates.

Click on "Edit icon" against "Notice of Patient Information Practices".

Using the editor users can customize the content like change fonts, create sections, paragraphs, add links.

Following are the place holders that will be replaced in the notice.

[LocationName]= Location name
[LocationAddress1]= Location address1
[LocationAddress2]= City,State zip
[LocationPhone]= Location phone number
[LocationFax]= Location fax number

In patient forms when the user clicks on "Notice of patient information practices" the template gets displayed.
