How can a user add a Treating Office for SOAP Notes?

We have added a new field Treating office for all SOAP Notes.

Navigate to > Manage Data > Manage Offices:

User can add Office from the Manage Offices module. Once this is added the user needs to go to the Patient Information page and add the appropriate office in the "Office No" drop down field:

If the user has not added any Office No in the Patient Information page then in the SOAP Notes it will be displayed as blank and user can add any required office from the SOAP note itself. This Office will be printed in the SOAP Note:
