Is it possible to take Clinician off schedule from a date forward and just view the old appointments

Yes, users can take off the clinician from the scheduler and at the same time, they can set if they want or do not want to view the existing or past date appointment.

In the below example office=MYOFFICE and clinician=BK has an appointment on 14 Oct 2021 and let's assume today's date is 20 Oct 2021.

We have now edited "BK" clinician and removed the office "MYOFFICE" and checked "Display existing appointments".

When you view the calendar you will be able to view the existing appointment.

We have now edited "BK" clinician and unchecked "Display existing appointments".

When you view the calendar clinician "BK" does not appear for office "MYOFFICE".
