I want only Patient name to be displayed on the calendar.

Navigate to Settings >> Account Setup. 

In the scheduling tab uncheck "Display patient number in calendar".

This will display only the patient name in the calender.

In the scheduling tab "Display patient number in calendar" is checked.

This will show Patient name and number in the calendar.
