How can I add new Goals duration for SOAP Notes?

We have added a new module named as Manage SOAP Goals Duration under the Manage Data menu:

The users can Add/Edit/Delete a SOAP goal duration as required:

Once the user adds data in the Manage SOAP Goals Duration section then these goals can be visible in the SOAP Notes under Goals section:

The user can then set the goals duration as per their requirement.

Note: The SOAP Goals Duration will be applicable for Initial Examination Note, Re-Examination Note, Discharge Note, Daily Note and Daily Progress Note.
