How to create SOAP Template?

Navigate to Settings >> Template.

Click "SOAP Templates".

Click "Add SOAP Templates".

In the editor create required template and click "Save Template" when done.

    This tells me how to initiate creating a template, but not how to use the features, whether I can import or edit one of the standard soap templates, or if I create an initial eval template, will it carry over information to with progress notes.
