How to create case tracking?

Description:

The Case Tracking module in the Patient section helps monitor case progress by allowing users to log updates with a selected date and status. Saved entries appear in a table with details like Date, Status, Added By, and actions (Edit/Delete). The system automatically records the user and timestamp the first time an entry is added or edited, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Steps to Follow

Step 1: Log in to the Application
Start by securely logging into the system using your registered user credentials.

Step 2: Go to the Patient Section
From the dashboard or main menu, click on the "Patient" section. This will take you to the list of registered patients.

Step 3: Open Manage Patients
From the dashboard or main menu, click on the "Manage Patients" section. This will take you to the list of registered patients.

Step 4: Select a Patient
Click on any patient from the list. This will redirect you to the Patient Information screen where the Case Tracking module is available.

Step 5: Open Patient Notes and Case Tracking
In the Patient Information view, click on "Patient Notes and Case Tracking" to open the detailed section, which includes the Case Tracking module.
